Dr. D is a highly experienced practising Chartered Psychologist with a heart for helping people from all walks of life. Her Metagrative™ approach brings together a wide range of psychological models, clinical experience and intuitive understanding to provide therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.
She is solution-focused, engaging and deeply committed to helping clients make meaningful progress, with an approach that is both psychologically informed and warmly human.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr Freeman is an author, poet, singer-songwriter and composer. She has released two music albums, guest-cheffed internationally, and brings a lifelong love of creativity, culture, food and gardening into her understanding of human experience.

Dr. LoCicero is a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and is a Clinical Thanatologist. He has worked many years with children and adults nationally and internationally. He received his Masters Degree in Counselor Education from Wake Forest University, and his Ph.D. from Mississippi State University.

Julio is a high-level, solution focussed, international and bilingual (English-Spanish) psychotherapist with strengths in evidence-based therapies and psychosocial education. He is well researched, has expertise in individual, family, couples, and group therapy. Julio also supports the wellbeing of doctors, GPs, and Nurses as well as being a hands-on Wellbeing Coach & Mental Health Mentor. Iona is a somatic practitioner, honorary counselling psychologist, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic practitioner, skilled in helping clients cultivate awareness through somatic techniques that support emotional, embodied, and mental regulation. She draws on her doctoral training at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC), where she studies existential theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches, as well as over a decade of experience in body-based therapy. Health, Fitness & Nutrition Specialist
Daniel is an expert in nutrition, diet, exercise and weight management with over 15 years of international training experience. His methods combine science with detailed bespoke programmes and meal plans to help people stay accountable to health goals, targets and training such as marathons. He works with existing health conditions such as long-term (chronic) conditions, anorexia, obesity, lack of motivation and offers advice for optimal physical health. He owns a private gym in Central London and provides in-person service or virtual support via video call. His clientele ranges from 15 to 79 years old.

She oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates appointments, manages patient inquiries, and provides essential support to the clinic’s psychologists. Her responsibilities include streamlining administrative processes —from patient intake to scheduling, billing, and follow-up— so that clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their journey at the clinic.
Outside of work, Joyce’s creativity and energy shine through her hobbies. She’s a passionate baker who loves sharing her treats with others, an avid golfer who plays two to three times a week, and enjoys staying active with a variety of fitness activities. With her experience and dedication, Joyce is an invaluable part of the Newus Clinic team.
